It's fairly inexpensive the people that stay there seem very pleasant
Not as bad as I first thought. Management is friendly and very straightforward.
I find it quite comfy and nice people. Could use a touch-up on looks, but warm and, comfy. Haven't seen any bugs, quiet and homey.
I like this place. I know several people that stay there on more of a long term basis and they all seem happy enough living there as well. The rooms are more like small studio apartments inside and some/most seem to have been renovated recently as well. They do allow pets which is a definite plus for any animal lover. The only real negative remark I have is that the buildings themselves could use a face lift on the outside and although its not a dire thing u think it would go a long way towards helping out with the overall appearance of the neighborhood.
